Bật trước lò nướng ở 425 độ F. Khoai lang gọt vỏ, rửa sạch rồi thái thành hình que. Cho khoai lang vào khay nướng có lót sẵn giấy nến, trộn đều với dầu olive, lá xạ hương, bột ớt, muối và tiêu. Cho khoai vào lò nướng khoảng 15-20 phút là được.

Trong lúc đợi khoai lang nướng, bạn pha nước chấm: Cho bơ tan chảy, tỏi băm, phô mai, ngò tây băm trộn đều với nhau. Khoai lang nướng xong, bạn cho ra ngoài thưởng thức cùng nước chấm nhé.
